Really good Family Wedding Stay

helpful stafflarge televisionlocal produce
I stayed for a family wedding and found the experience really good. The reception staff was helpful. My room included a sofa and large screen television. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, including tasty cooked items sourced from local produce.
The hotel room had very warm temperatures, made proper sleep difficult despite a comfortable bed.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast includes pastries, cereal and fruit. Hot dishes use local ingredients. The chefs are conversational and interested in guests experiences at wedding events.
Facilities

The hotel provides adequate facilities for dressing before wedding events. Christmas decorations were on display during the christmas season. Extensive grounds offer a pleasure to enjoy outdoors.

underwhelming stay with some significant issues

poor insulationcold items
I was pretty disappointed with certain aspects. the noise insulation was poor. i could hear conversations and other disturbances throughout the night, it really impacted my sleep quality. breakfast also fell short of expectations. Some items were cold and the quality seemed lacking (the coffee was terrible).

the breakfast was delicious. i especially liked the cheery chef (he was very friendly!). the staff were very cute, and.
the evening meal was poor. it did not represent good value for money (it reminded me of leftover vegetables from sunday lunches). desserts tasted store-bought and were just okay.
